Pleasure From Abstractions
It seems impossible to escape forms in the abstract. Nothing is empty in the whole of creation; even emptiness bubbles with possibilities. Raw materials here consist of flowers, foliage, and the branching structure of a landscape pistachio tree. You can deconstruct appearance — break things down into tiny pieces — and you end up with more facts ready to re-configure; something, never nothing. Even when turning things inside-out you can find interesting lines and pleasurable shapes.
